Punisher is back in town and looking to remind the criminals of NYC why they should fear him. After taking on terrorists who have hijacked a train full of innocents, Micro begins to worry that Punisher is needlessly putting people at risk. While Micro tries to find a way to solve this problem, Punisher is on the lookout for a new drug lord named Cringe.
